Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Android application Eazy Puzzles, developed by Eazy Company under the application identifier com.eazycompany.eazypuzzles. It explains information processed locally, information processed by the integrated advertising service and information a user may voluntarily send for support.

Data controller and contact

Eazy Company is the public trading name used for the applications and website described in this policy. Where the operator determines how and why personal data is processed, it acts as the data controller.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to contact@eazycompany.eu.

A separate Legal Notice / Impressum identifying the legal operator and a serviceable business address has not yet been finalised. This privacy policy is not presented as a complete Legal Notice / Impressum.

Information stored on the device

Eazy Puzzles uses SharedPreferences or equivalent local application storage for information needed to provide and resume the experience. The inspected source stores interface language, sound and haptic preferences, mascot-display preference, saved game state, generated-puzzle cache and used-puzzle seeds.

It also stores the number of completed Sudoku, Nonogram and Word Search puzzles, Daily Challenge completions, completed dates, current streak and best streak. This information is not associated with an Eazy Company user account.

Local application information can generally be removed by clearing Eazy Puzzles data in Android settings or uninstalling the application.

Puzzle generation and offline gameplay

Sudoku, Nonogram and Word Search puzzles are generated on the device. Daily puzzles use local date-based generation and regular puzzles use locally managed seeds and word sets. Core puzzle generation, gameplay, progress and statistics do not require an Eazy Company server.

The inspected implementation does not send puzzle grids, solutions, answers, scores, streaks or Daily Challenge progress to an Eazy Company backend. Core gameplay can work offline after the application and its bundled resources are installed. Advertising is a separate online service.

Accounts and authentication

No user account is required. The inspected source does not include sign-in, remote authentication, cloud synchronisation or a remote user profile.

Advertising

Eazy Puzzles uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads. An interstitial advertisement may be requested and displayed after certain completed puzzles when an ad is available. The advertising SDK communicates over the internet separately from the locally generated puzzle experience.

According to Google’s current SDK disclosure, Google Mobile Ads automatically collects and shares IP address, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud-prevention purposes. Available identifiers and advertising treatment can depend on the device, SDK configuration and the user’s consent or system choices. This processing is governed by Google’s own policies.

The inspected app does not include puzzle grids, answers, completion statistics or streak values as parameters in its advertisement requests.

Third-party services

The confirmed remote third-party service in the inspected source is Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, used to request, display and measure advertising. See Google’s Mobile Ads data disclosure and Google’s Privacy Policy.

No Firebase, separate analytics package, crash-reporting, cloud-storage, remote authentication, Eazy Company backend or Google Play Billing dependency was identified in the inspected source. Google Mobile Ads itself processes data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention as described above. The exact services present in the release AAB must be checked before publication.

Permissions and network access

The Android application declares internet access so Google Mobile Ads can request and display advertisements. The inspected main manifest does not request camera, microphone, contacts, precise-location or notification permission. Google Mobile Ads may use advertising capabilities made available by Android and Google Play services.

Contact and support messages

Contacting Eazy Company is optional and is not required to play. If a user emails contact@eazycompany.eu, Eazy Company receives the sender’s email address, message, attachments and any technical information the sender chooses to include. This information is used to respond, investigate a reported issue, maintain necessary support records and protect legal rights where necessary.

Data retention

Local preferences, saved games, puzzle cache, progress, statistics and Daily Challenge information generally remain on the device until replaced or removed through the app or Android settings, or until the app is uninstalled.

Google retains advertising-related information according to its own policies, account settings and applicable consent choices. Optional support messages may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records or comply with legal obligations.

Security

Keeping puzzle and progress information on the device limits unnecessary remote transmission. However, no application, device, transmission method or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Device access, operating-system security and backups remain under the user’s control.

International processing

Google and email providers may process advertising or support information in countries outside the user’s country of residence under their own policies and applicable transfer safeguards. The inspected source does not transmit puzzle or progress information to an Eazy Company server.

Your choices

  • Manage advertising consent where a Google consent choice is presented.
  • Reset or limit the Android advertising identifier through device settings where supported.
  • Clear local Eazy Puzzles data or uninstall the application.
  • Choose what information to include in an optional support email.
  • Stop using the application at any time.

Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, users may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

When information exists only on the user’s device and has not been transmitted to Eazy Company, Eazy Company does not possess that information and cannot retrieve or delete it remotely. Advertising choices may also need to be exercised through Android, Google or consent settings.

Children’s information

The inspected source does not ask for a date of birth or create a user account. The Google Play target audience and Families configuration cannot be verified from source code and must be checked against the release listing and AAB. Parents or guardians who believe a child has voluntarily sent identifying information in a support message may contact Eazy Company.

Changes to this privacy policy

Eazy Company may update this policy when Eazy Puzzles features, third-party services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published at this URL with a revised “Last updated” date.
