Acceptance of these terms

By installing or using Eazy Puzzles, users agree to these Terms of Use and to any applicable terms imposed by the platform through which the application is obtained. If a user does not agree, they should not use the application.

Purpose of the application

Eazy Puzzles is provided as an entertainment and brain-game application. Its Sudoku, Nonogram, Word Search and Daily Challenge puzzles are intended for casual play, relaxation and mental exercise. They are not a professional, medical, educational-assessment or health service.

No account required

No Eazy Company account is required to use the inspected version. Progress, preferences and statistics are stored locally as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing local app data or uninstalling the app may erase this information.

Acceptable use

Users may use Eazy Puzzles for personal, lawful purposes. Users must not interfere with the application’s operation, attempt to bypass security measures, distribute a modified or unauthorised copy, misuse the application to infringe another person’s rights, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Google Play and platform terms

If Eazy Puzzles is obtained through Google Play, the user must also comply with the applicable Google Play Terms of Service and platform rules. Google is not responsible for Eazy Company’s operation of the application except where platform terms or applicable law state otherwise.

Updates and changes

Eazy Puzzles may evolve through updates. Features, puzzle content, difficulty settings, presentation, advertising behaviour and device compatibility may change, be added or be removed. Eazy Company may also correct errors, maintain security or discontinue support for versions that can no longer be maintained reasonably.

Intellectual property

Eazy Puzzles, its name, software, interface, original artwork and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and belong to Eazy Company or their respective rights holders. These terms grant only a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the application; they do not transfer ownership.

Availability and generated puzzles

Eazy Company aims to provide a reliable experience but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanent availability on every device or Android version. Automatically generated puzzles may occasionally require correction through an update. Users should install updates where reasonably necessary for compatibility, reliability and security.

Reasonable limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Eazy Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, Eazy Puzzles, including loss of locally stored progress or statistics. Users remain responsible for maintaining their device and deciding how they use the application.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Privacy and advertising

Use of local information and the Google Mobile Ads service is described in the Eazy Puzzles Privacy Policy. The policy forms an important part of understanding how the application operates.

Changes to these terms

Eazy Company may update these terms when the application, platform requirements or applicable law changes. The revised version will be published at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after an update is subject to rights and requirements under applicable law.
