Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the Android application Eazy Finance, developed by Eazy Company. It explains local calculator processing, information processed by the confirmed advertising service and information voluntarily sent for support. The financial disclaimer above is separate from, and does not replace, this privacy policy.
Data controller and contact
Eazy Company is responsible for the processing activities described in this policy where Eazy Company determines how and why personal data is processed.
Privacy questions may be sent to contact@eazycompany.eu. The operator’s full legal identity and postal address have not yet been supplied and are therefore not invented on this page.
Data processed by the application
Values entered into Eazy Finance calculators and the resulting calculations are processed locally on the user’s device unless a feature explicitly states otherwise. In the inspected build, calculator values and results remain in application memory for the active calculation and are not transmitted to an Eazy Company server or written to a remote saved-scenario service.
The app processes inputs for illustrative calculations such as FIRE planning, investment growth, loans, rent-versus-buy comparisons, vehicle costs, inflation, amortization and related scenarios.
Financial accounts and transactions
The inspected Eazy Finance implementation does not connect to bank accounts, initiate payments or financial transactions, access investment portfolios, perform credit checks, execute securities transactions, make lending decisions, assess a user’s financial suitability or provide personalised recommendations.
The app uses the values entered by the user only to calculate illustrative outputs on the device. It does not verify those values against a bank, lender, insurer, investment provider or public authority.
Information stored on the device
The inspected source contains local settings for premium or advertisement-free access, migration of a legacy access-status flag and a disclaimer-acknowledgement setting. Calculator text fields and results are not stored as a portfolio or linked financial profile in the inspected build.
Information that remains only on the device is not normally accessible to Eazy Company. When information exists only on your device and has not been transmitted to Eazy Company, Eazy Company cannot access, retrieve or delete it remotely.
Local application information can generally be removed by clearing the application’s data in Android settings or uninstalling the application.
Permissions used
The Android application declares access to the Google advertising identifier for Google Mobile Ads. The advertising SDK communicates over the internet to request and measure advertisements. The inspected app does not request microphone, camera, contacts, precise location or notification permission.
Advertising
Eazy Finance uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to display interstitial advertisements to users without premium status. Google AdMob may process the advertising identifier, device information, IP address, consent choices, diagnostic information and advertisement interactions to deliver, limit and measure ads, subject to Google’s own privacy terms and the choices available to the user.
Information processed by Google for advertising is separate from calculator inputs processed locally by Eazy Finance. The inspected app does not send calculator values to Google AdMob as advertising-request parameters.
Purchases and premium status
The inspected source stores a local premium or advertisement-free status, but does not include Google Play Billing or another payment SDK. No in-app payment flow was identified in the inspected build, and Eazy Company does not receive payment-card details through the app.
If a production purchase system is added, this policy must be updated before release to explain the provider and purchase-related processing.
Notifications
The inspected application does not request notification permission and does not include a notification service. Eazy Finance therefore does not currently send reminder or promotional notifications.
Third-party services
The confirmed remote third-party service is Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads, used to request, display and measure advertisements. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
No Firebase, analytics, crash-reporting, banking, authentication, cloud-storage or remote calculator API was identified in the inspected Eazy Finance source code.
Contact and support messages
Contacting Eazy Company is optional and is not required to use Eazy Finance. If a user voluntarily emails contact@eazycompany.eu, Eazy Company receives the sender’s email address, message content, attachments and any technical information the sender chooses to include. Users should avoid including unnecessary financial or identifying information.
This information is used to respond, investigate a reported problem, maintain necessary support records and protect legal rights where necessary.
Legal bases for processing
Where the GDPR applies, local processing needed to provide requested calculator features may be based on performance of the service requested by the user. Consent-based advertising choices may rely on consent where required. Support communications, application security and reliability may rely on Eazy Company’s legitimate interests. No payment transaction is processed by the inspected app.
Data retention
Local application information generally remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, reset through the application or device settings, or removed when the application is uninstalled. Unsaved calculator inputs normally remain only for the active app session or screen.
For messages voluntarily sent to contact@eazycompany.eu, the contact details and message content may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records or comply with applicable legal obligations.
Google retains advertising-related information according to its own policies, account settings and applicable consent choices.
Security
Processing calculator values locally limits unnecessary transmission of financial scenarios. Eazy Company seeks to limit unnecessary processing and access to information. However, no application, transmission method or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users remain responsible for protecting access to their device.
International processing
Google may process advertising-related information in countries other than the user’s country of residence, under Google’s own policies and applicable transfer safeguards. Eazy Company does not operate a server that receives calculator inputs or results from the inspected Eazy Finance build.
Your privacy rights
Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, users may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. These rights depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of the processing; a request may not apply in every situation.
When information exists only on the user’s device and has not been transmitted to Eazy Company, Eazy Company does not possess that information and cannot retrieve or delete it remotely. Advertising choices may also need to be exercised through Android, Google account or consent settings.
Children’s information
The inspected Eazy Finance source does not include child-directed profiles, ask for a date of birth or create an age-based account. The Google Play target audience cannot be verified from source code and must be checked against the released build. Parents or guardians who believe a child has voluntarily sent identifying information in a support email may contact Eazy Company.
Your choices
- Clear local Eazy Finance data or uninstall the application.
- Manage advertising consent where a Google consent choice is presented.
- Reset or limit the Android advertising identifier through device settings where supported.
- Avoid including sensitive financial information in support emails.
- Stop using the app at any time.
Changes to this privacy policy
Eazy Company may update this policy when Eazy Finance’s features, third-party services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
