Scope of this policy

This policy applies to the Android application Eazy School, published by Eazy Company. It distinguishes learner information processed and stored locally from information voluntarily sent to Eazy Company for support.

Data controller and contact

Eazy Company is responsible for the processing activities described in this policy where Eazy Company determines how and why personal data is processed.

Privacy questions may be sent to contact@eazycompany.eu. The operator’s full legal identity and postal address have not yet been supplied and are therefore not invented on this page.

Data processed by the application

To provide age-adapted quizzes and progress feedback, Eazy School processes a locally entered nickname, a selected predefined avatar, an age or learning group, quiz answers, correct-answer and attempt counts, recent question order, active-profile selection and interface language.

The inspected release app does not contain remote authentication, advertising, analytics, crash reporting or cloud synchronisation. It does not transmit learner profiles or quiz results to an Eazy Company server.

Educational profiles and progress

One device can contain one or more learner profiles. Each profile may include a display name, predefined avatar identifier, selected age group, quiz scores, attempts and recent question sequences. These elements personalise the experience and display progress.

A display name, avatar, selected learning level, quiz results and progress may be stored locally on the device. Where this information remains local, it is not normally accessible to Eazy Company.

Information stored on the device

Confirmed local fields include app-generated profile identifiers, nicknames, predefined avatar choices, age groups, per-section correct-answer and attempt counts, limited recent-question ordering, active-profile selection, profile-completion status, interface language and a local feature-access status.

When information exists only on your device and has not been transmitted to Eazy Company, Eazy Company cannot access, retrieve or delete it remotely. Local information can generally be removed through profile controls where available, by clearing the application’s data in Android settings, or by uninstalling the application.

Permissions

The inspected Android release manifest does not request internet, advertising-identifier, microphone, camera, contacts, precise-location or notification permission. The core quizzes do not require these permissions.

Advertising and age-appropriate treatment

The current version of Eazy School does not display third-party advertisements. The inspected source does not include Google AdMob or another advertising SDK.

The Google Play target-audience selection, Families configuration, advertising declarations, age treatment, content rating and Data safety answers must be reviewed against every released build.

Purchases and subscriptions

The inspected Android source stores a local feature-access status, but does not include Google Play Billing or another production payment SDK. The current version therefore does not process a subscription payment or receive payment-card details through the app.

Notifications

The inspected app does not request notification permission and does not include a notification service. The current version therefore does not send reminders or promotional notifications.

Third-party services

No remote advertising, billing, analytics, crash-reporting, cloud-storage or authentication service was identified in the inspected implementation. Flutter packages used for local preferences and device-resident educational content do not by themselves send learner profiles to Eazy Company.

Children and younger users

Eazy School is designed for learners aged 9 and above. The configured learning groups are 9–10, 11–12, 13–14 and 15+.

The application is not intended to require a child to provide an email address, telephone number, postal address, precise location, school name, photograph or other unnecessary identifying information to access its core educational quizzes. A display name and predefined avatar may be stored locally for personalisation and are not sent to Eazy Company by the inspected app.

This policy does not claim COPPA, GDPR-K, Google Play Families or another formal certification. The Google Play declarations must accurately match the published build.

Parental questions

Parents or guardians who have questions about information associated with Eazy School may contact Eazy Company at contact@eazycompany.eu.

Contact and support messages

Contacting Eazy Company is optional and is not required to use Eazy School. If a user, parent or guardian voluntarily emails contact@eazycompany.eu, Eazy Company receives the sender’s email address, message content, attachments and any technical information voluntarily supplied. Users should avoid sending unnecessary information about a child.

This information is used to respond, investigate a reported problem, maintain necessary support records and protect legal rights where necessary.

Data retention

Local application information generally remains on the device until it is removed by the user, reset through the application or Android settings, or deleted when the application is uninstalled.

For messages voluntarily sent to contact@eazycompany.eu, the contact details and message content may be retained for the time reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records or comply with applicable legal obligations.

Security

Keeping learner profiles and progress on the device limits unnecessary remote processing. Eazy Company seeks to limit unnecessary processing and access to information. However, no application, transmission method or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Device access and backups remain under the control of the user and device platform.

International processing

The inspected app does not transmit learner profiles to an Eazy Company server or identified remote SDK. If a user or parent contacts Eazy Company by email, the sender’s and recipient’s email providers may process the communication internationally under their own terms.

Your choices

  • Create only the local profiles needed for learning.
  • Choose a non-identifying nickname and a predefined avatar.
  • Update or delete profiles and reset scores where the app provides those controls.
  • Clear local application data or uninstall Eazy School.
  • Choose what information to include in an optional support email.

Your privacy rights

Depending on the applicable law and circumstances, users or their parents or guardians may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority. These rights depend on the applicable law and the circumstances of the processing; a request may not apply in every situation.

When information exists only on the user’s device and has not been transmitted to Eazy Company, Eazy Company does not possess that information and cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.

Supervisory authority

Users in the European Economic Area may have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority in the country or region where they live, work or believe an infringement occurred. A specific German authority is not named until Eazy Company’s legal establishment and competent authority are confirmed.

Changes to this privacy policy

Eazy Company may update this policy when Eazy School features, audience configuration or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published at this URL with an updated date.
